JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Power Automate Associate supports the development, administration, and maintenance of enterprise automation solutions. This role improves operational efficiency by building, managing, and supporting scalable automation solutions across the organization.

Essential Functions

  1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
  2. Build and support desktop and cloud flows to automate business and operational processes
  3. Perform Power Automate administrative tasks, including environmental support, connection management, permissions, monitoring, and governance
  4. Configure and manage machines for Power Automate Desktop automation
  5. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot unattended bots and related runtime environments
  6. Add and manage machines and machine groups for automated process execution
  7. Monitor automation jobs, unattended runs, and workflow performance, and resolve failures in a timely manner
  8. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures
  9. Develop and maintain Shell and PowerShell scripts for automation, task scheduling, and system support
  10. Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions
  11. Support integrations between Microsoft tools, databases, shared drives, and third-party applications
  12. Document workflows, scripts, bot configurations, machine setups, and operational procedures
  13. Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, and automation best practices
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies
  15. Other job duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers/scanners. Overtime work may be required during quarter end and year end processes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is in a stationary position operating computer and other office equipment.

The employee in this position will frequently communicate with employees and clients, and must be able to do so clearly, effectively, and professionally.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday, and the employee is required to work an approved schedule that falls within the Company business hours of 8am-6pm.

Required Education and Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  2. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop
  3. Experience with Power Automate administration, including environment and connection management
  4. Experience configuring machines and supporting unattended bot deployments
  5. Strong SQL skills, including querying, joins, data updates, and troubleshooting
  6. Proficiency in Shell and PowerShell scripting
  7. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to support and maintain enterprise automation environments
  9. Strong communication and documentation skills
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with broader Microsoft Power Platform tools
  2. Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations
  3. Experience with automation governance and operational support models
  4. Knowledge of credential management, security controls, and access administration
  5. Experience with task scheduling, logging, and monitoring tools
  6. Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments
